Welcome to Blume Health. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any associated features or platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By subscribing to and using Blume Health, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.


1. About Blume Health

Blume Health empowers licensed mental health counselors and therapists across the United States by offering visibility services, online presence optimization, and client growth support. Our Services include listing your practice on general, medical, and mental health-focused directories to improve your discoverability through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).


2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be a licensed mental health professional in at least one U.S. state.

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated personal and professional information.

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and reject or suspend accounts found to be misrepresenting information.


3. Services We Provide

By subscribing to Blume Health, you authorize us to:

  • Create, manage, and update your listings on general directories (e.g., Google, Yelp, Apple Maps),

  • List you on medical-specific directories (e.g., WebMD, RateMDs, Doctor.com),

  • List you on mental health-focused platforms (e.g., Psychology Today, TherapyDen, Therapist.com),

  • Use SEO strategies tailored to your practice area and location.

We strive to enhance your online discoverability but do not guarantee any specific number of client referrals, patient inquiries, or revenue outcomes. These results may vary based on multiple factors outside our control, such as location, competition, demand, and search engine behavior.


4. Profile Listings and Editing Policy

  • Blume Health creates and manages your profiles across various third-party directories.

  • For consistency and compliance, we do not provide individual login credentials or access to these third-party platforms.

  • All content updates and edits must be made via your Blume Health profile, which serves as the single source of truth. Changes made there will reflect across all connected channels we manage.

  • Requests for direct control or individual access to third-party listings will not be accommodated.


5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your practice, credentials, and services,

  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your license, availability, or contact details,

  • Refrain from uploading or requesting content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading,

  • Maintain a professional and ethical practice in line with your licensing board’s code of conduct.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit. Edits made directly on any third-party platforms without our consent may lead to listing errors, inconsistencies, or service disruptions, for which Blume Health is not responsible.


6. Payment and Subscription

  • Access to our Services requires a paid subscription. Specific pricing plans, billing cycles, and features will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled in advance. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and technology used by Blume Health are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of our platform or content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your personal and professional content, but you grant Blume Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content for the purpose of delivering our Services.


8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We value your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to perform our Services or as required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability

Blume Health provides Services on an “as-is” basis. While we apply proven SEO and directory optimization strategies, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to search engine rankings, number of referrals, or client conversions.

  • We are not liable for low or inconsistent lead volume, loss of business opportunities, or user behavior on third-party platforms.

  • Any temporary outages or algorithm changes by third-party directories are beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blume Health disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.


10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms,

  • You provide false or misleading information,

  • Your license becomes inactive or revoked.

Upon termination, all Services, listings, and SEO activities will cease. Past payments will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, where applicable, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located within the United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
